How do I get a summer job working on a cruise ship?

I am in my freshman year of college and I really want to work on a cruise ship this summer, even if its as a dishwasher or housekeeper. Can anyone tell me where I can find information on this? I tried going to the Carnival, Princess, and Royal Caribbean websites but they didn′t have any information on low level jobs such as these.

    You could not find information because cruise ships do not do "summer jobs". They require you to sign a contract to work 4 to 6 months or more continuously. Then you get a few weeks off and then return to the ship. They are NOT looking for temporary help at all.
